The aim of this campaign is to raise awareness about anemia and its prevalence among women in India, especially those living in remote areas. Anemia is caused due to poor dietary intake or poor absorption of iron from food sources. One out of six women suffer from anemia in India as they do not have enough reserves of iron in their blood stream.

The campaign will focus on educating people about how they can prevent or cure anemia through simple lifestyle changes like eating more fruits and vegetables, taking supplements daily and drinking plenty of water every day. The campaign will also raise awareness about other diseases related to anemia such as cancer which could be linked with high levels of iron deficiency in the body leading to further complications like osteoporosis or heart disease etc
