VHND   CHO VILLAGE HEALTH NUTRITION DAY !   Nutrition is most important aspect in Health system. A healthy diet throughout life promotes healthy pregnancy outcomes, supports normal growth, development and ageing, helps to maintain a healthy body weight, and reduces the risk of chronic disease leading to overall health and well-being.   CHO's (Community Health Officer) play a leading, vital role to organise and monitor Village Health and Nutrition Day. If CHO comes forward to monitor and do the all needful work we can achive Universal Health Coverage Goals and it will be role model to all. Generally CHO as a team leader should plan VHND on wednesday and once in a month, it should be organised in Anganwadi Centres which should be centre point of the village so that we can cover most of the village people .   VHND is very much useful tool target vulnerable category like Childeren and ANC Antenatal Mothers. VHND Perior day we should plan meeting talks on how to mobilize th
